The 2023 BDCHS Teach-In was a huge success! Thank you to all of our community partners for taking the time to come and speak to our students. A special thank you to our keynote panelists Hon. Nancy Millan, Hillsborough County Tax Collector and Mr. Stephen Benson, City of Tampa Planning Director for speaking on the topic of community leadership. Our students were able to ask questions and learn about the many services provided by the tax collector's office and the city planning department.
Students had a BLAST on Friday, 11/17! The CLIC freshman assembly kicked off the day, followed by the BDCHS Teach-In. We concluded the day with a pep rally for all students and even got the teachers involved. Congratulations to Ms. Cheney for being the hula hoop champion!
