Congratulations to Mrs. Rachel Spivey, Science Instructor, Senior Advisor, and Teacher Assistant Program Coordinator, on being recognized in the 2026 Charter School Champions of the Year Awards announced by the Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools (FCPCS)!
Mrs. Spivey was nominated by Assistant Principal Mr. Matthew Healey, who also nominated Coach Areon Atkinson last year, earning recognition in the 2025 Charter School Champions of the Year Awards. Mrs. Spivey was presented with her award during the Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School End of Year Awards Ceremony.
The Charter School Champions of the Year Awards recognize outstanding educators, leaders, innovators, and pioneers across Florida who make a lasting impact in charter school education. This year’s honorees represent schools from kindergarten through high school throughout the state.
